Once the application is received, the Neo Wellness team will conduct a verification process before approving the return or refund.
4. Refund Methods
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be issued via:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the provided shipping address is correct and complete.
Neo Wellness reserves the right to cancel transactions in the event of:
- System pricing errors
- Product unavailability
- Indications of unusual transaction activity
The refund process typically takes 3-7 business days after the verification process is completed.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the error originated from Neo Wellness (damaged or incorrect product), return shipping costs will be covered by Neo Wellness.
- If the return is made for the customer's personal reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Non-Refundable Products
Refund requests cannot be processed if:
- The product has been used
- The product is damaged due to misuse
- The request is submitted after the deadline
- The product is not returned in appropriate condition
